Times of Distress

At times, you just want to shout out to release your pent-up emotions. You can’t restrain yourself and want to slap the person responsible for tearing your soul asunder. You just want to shut yourself off from everyone.

It’s ok to be carried away by the deluge of emotions. So, the least you can do is just remember for a minute, that there are hundreds or thousands of people who are facing the worst times compared to you. Firstly, you may not be able to have control over your emotions but, eventually, may be the next time or sometime later in the future, you may find peace and retain your inner calm during times of distress.
